Q. Why do you take my credit/debit card details when I register with Lucky Diner Bingo?

A. When you register at Lucky Diner Bingo, you will find a section asking for your credit/debit card details. This is because we need to verify your identity. No money will be taken from your card unless you later decide to deposit funds at Lucky Diner Bingo with your own consent.

Q. Can I have more than one account?

A. Sorry, we don’t permit players to have multiple accounts, so please do not attempt to sign-up for more than one account on same site, or you will be blocked by management whenever they find that you have multiple account. In such cases, management has right to close the account and all the balance will be forfeited. A. If you forget your password, there’s no need to panic or contact our Support team. You can retrieve it yourself by clicking this link Simply follow the on-screen instructions which will require you to enter the email address you used to register with Lucky Diner Bingo , followed by the verification code shown underneath. We’ll then automatically send an e-mail to this address which will allow you to reset your password instantly.

Q. What should I do if I forget my account details and do not have access to my e-mail?

A. Contact our Customer Service team, who will take you through our security checks (such as name, date of birth, home address) and, once they have verified you are the true account holder, they will remind you of your log-in details.

Q. What should I do if my account details are invalid?

A. If you notice that any of your account details are invalid, please contact our Customer Service team immediately so that they can amend them for you. By not updating your details, you run the risk of permanent or temporary disconnection.

Q. How can I verify my Bingo Account?

A. A bingo account can be verified any time by sending your valid photo id proof and front copy of credit/debit card by which you have made transaction at account@livebingonetwork.co.uk. Management/Admin has rights to withhold any pay-out or Winning amount until the identity of the winning person is verified to the satisfaction.

Q. What all documents are valid for verifying a Bingo Account?

A. As per the withdrawal Terms & Conditions players required to verify their identity before a withdrawal can be made from their account. The purpose of this validation process is to prevent potential online fraud.

Primary Documents:

Photo ID: A copy of a current photo ID is required for your first withdrawal request. This photo ID can be in the form of a copy of a Passport, Driver's License or National ID card. Please ensure that your name, expiry date, date of birth, and photograph are visible on the documents.
Copy of Credit/debit cards: A copy of the front of the credit card used to fund your account is also required. Should you choose to fund your account using multiple credit and/or debit cards, you may be asked to supply copies of more than one card. You may block the middle six numbers of the card copy.
Proof of address: In few circumstances like cheque payment, you may be asked to provide documentation which validates your home address. This may be in the form of a utility bill or a credit card statement.
Note: In some cases, depending on the payment method used to fund your account, you may be asked for one or a combination of the aforementioned documents, or additional documents not included in the list above. These documents may be requested at any point during your Bingo membership.
In order to secure the transmission of the documents we recommend that you send them in separate emails. With regards to credit cards, please send copies of the front of the relevant card separately and we also suggest that you block out the middle six digits on the front of the card. Once received, your documents are digitally stored in a secure environment, which is accessible exclusively to specific specialized security agents. Q. What if a player is not having any valid photo id proof to verify Bingo Account?

Q. Does Lucky Diner Bingo have a loyalty scheme?

A. Yes – Lucky Diner Bingo runs a special loyalty scheme for all our players.

Q. How does this Loyalty Scheme works?

A. You do not need to join or opt-in to our loyalty scheme as you will be automatically given free membership as soon as you sign-up. Every time you play an eligible game with real money, you’ll earn loyalty points. The amount you earn depends on what type of games you play every £ 1 you wager on bingo will give you 1 loyalty point, and every £10 you wager on slots will give you 1 loyalty point. N.B. Q. How do I redeem Loyalty Points?

Q. How to use Mini Bingo Lobby?

Q. What is PreBuy?

A. The PreBuy facility allows you to automatically purchase a set number of cards per game, for a set number of games in a predefined Bingo Room. For example, in the screenshot below, you could choose to the Stream/Room name, Category, No. of Games and No. of Cards/tickets. The PreBuy facility is there to make your life easier, by allowing you to purchase tickets for your session in bulk and saving you time on having to buy tickets for each individual game.
Note: in case of PreBuy for free games, free tickets will not be given and players will be charges for the purchased ticket.

Q. How do I know who won a game?

A. A pop-up will appear on your screen showing the prizes (1 line, 2 lines, full house) that have been won, as well as the amount and the winner’s name. If you’re one of these winners, you’ll be able to see your own player alias displayed on the pop-up.

Q. Do I have to dab the tickets myself?

A. No. Unlike in land-based bingo halls, Lucky Diner Bingo automatically dabs your tickets for you. This prevents user error, and also allows our system to keep track of your card numbers should you be temporarily disconnected mid-game.

Q. How do I change my preferences within the bingo rooms?

Q. What happens if I am disconnected prior to, or during a game of Bingo?

A. While playing at Lucky Diner Bingo, you may sometimes be disconnected from the game. However, this should not give you cause for concern as our Card Manager will take over the dabbing for you. Should you win a prize at any stage, your claims will be made on your behalf, and any winnings will be automatically credited to your account.

AVS is one of the security measures we have implemented to prevent credit card fraud. When you make a deposit using a credit card, we compare your address with the address registered for that particular credit card. If your deposit is rejected by the AVS system (you will receive an Email notification,) you must check the address you have entered and make sure your credit card company has the correct address. If someone steals your account username and password, or you notice unusual changes on your account status, please email us immediately at support@livebingonetwork.co.uk.

Q. How do I clear my web browser's cache?

A. This depends on which web browser you are using. Below, you will find instructions for how to clear your cache using the most common types and versions of web browser: Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Google Chrome.

Once your browser is open, click the Gear symbol at the top-right to open the Settings menu. Then, select ‘Safety’ and ‘Delete Browsing History.’ Alternatively, you can press Ctrl-Shift-Delete to open the ‘Delete Browsing History’ window.

  • Select ‘Temporary Internet Files’. You will also need to uncheck all the other boxes, especially ‘Preserve Favourites website data’. This option will also delete objects from websites stored in your Favourites folder, which is necessary to completely clear your cache.
  • Click the ‘Delete’ button near the bottom of the window to clear your cache, and then the process will be complete.

  • Click the 'Tools' button on your browser menu, or press Ctrl-Shift-Delete to open the ‘Delete Browsing History’ window (but skip Step 2).
  • Click on 'Delete Browsing History'.
  • Select 'Temporary Internet Files'.
  • Click the ‘Delete’ button near the bottom of the window to delete your temporary files (i.e. clear your cache).
  • If you want the browser to automatically clear the cache whenever you close it, click the ‘Advanced tab’. Then, click to check the box next to the ‘Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed’ option (in the section labelled ‘Security’). Click ‘OK’ and everything will be deleted from your cache except cookies.

Note: IE8 has a feature which retains some cookies even after you clear your cache if you do not uncheck the box marked "Preserve Favourites Website Data." To fully-clear your cache, you will want to uncheck this box.

  • Open IE 7 and click the ‘Tools’ menu, then click the ‘Delete Browsing History’ link at the top.
  • Under the ‘Temporary Internet Files’ heading, click ‘Delete files'.
  • Click ‘Yes’ when you see the prompt asking if you are sure you want to delete all temporary files.
  • Alternatively, you can clear your cache just for the current page you're visiting. To do this, press and hold [Ctrl] on your keyboard, then Press [F5] or click on the Refresh button (the square button on the toolbar with opposite-facing arrows).

  • Click the ‘Firefox’ menu in the top-left corner. Next, select the right arrow next to ‘History’, and click ‘Clear Recent History’ (or click on ‘Tools,’ then ‘Clear Recent History’ if you don't have the Firefox Menu). Alternatively, you can press Ctrl-Shift-Delete to open the recent history window.
  • Make sure 'Details' is expanded, then select ‘Cache’ from the list. Uncheck everything else.
  • In the ‘Time Range to Clear:’ drop-down menu, select ‘Everything’.
  • Select ‘Clear Now,’ and the cache clearing process will be complete.

  • Once your browser is open, select the Wrench icon (which is located on the Settings menu in the upper-right corner,) then click ‘Tools’, and ‘Clear Browsing Data’. You can also access the Delete Browsing History window by pressing Ctrl-Shift-Delete, or clicking on this link: [chrome: //settings/clearBrowserData].
  • Select the ‘Empty the cache’ checkbox, but make sure you uncheck everything else to avoid deleting data unintentionally.
  • In the ‘Obliterate the following items from:’ drop-down menu, select ‘the beginning of time’.
  • Click the ‘Clear Browsing Data,’ and your web browser cache will be cleared.

  • Once your browser is open, select the ‘Tools’ menu (indicated by the Wrench symbol in the upper-right corner) and select ‘Options’ (on Macs, ‘Options’ is named ‘Preferences’).
  • On the ‘Under the Hood’ tab, click the ‘Clear Browsing data’ button.
  • Select the ‘Empty the cache’ check-box.
  • You can also choose the period of time you wish to delete cached information for by using the ‘Clear data from this period’ drop-down menu.
